Marion was the most wonderful person, friend and partner in Life a person could hope for. A proud mother of two lovely daughters, Pamela and Suzanne, she loved food and travel and taught me a lot about how to appreciate Life. A very active person, we met when Hillwalking at weekends, she loved her badminton and took part in many Race for Life events. Latterly she took to walking six mile routes with friends on weekday nights, relishing the exercise. Her loving ways meant that I knew I could always rely on her whenever help was needed and I never felt alone. She was strong and selfless, delighting in the company of others and always willing to help, even when under pressure. The last surviving member of her family, she was a devoted daughter to her parents Joe and Annie and a loving sister to Anne and her brother Stuart. I shall forever miss your smile my Love, and remember your brave fight for Life, but I am content to believe that you must now be among the angels in Heaven.
